This area of east Kent has become something of a foodie triangle with 2 Michelin starred restaurants and the BBC Food Programme “Market of the Year 2009” so you are spoilt for choice if you enjoy local food and discovering new places to eat.

Elizabeth Carter, Editor of The Good Food Guide, says:

“Is this East Kent triangle the new Ludlow? Reporters to The Good Food Guide have identified a whole area, not a town, as the new gastronomic hot-spot.

A rough triangle encompassing Canterbury, Whitstable and Faversham in East Kent has lured quality chefs, who appear to be drawn to the high quality Kentish meat, fish, vegetables and fruits.”
